I was so excited to be able to shoot Laura and Drake’s engagement session at Fullersburg Woods! This beautiful Oak Brook nature preserve offered the prettiest setting for a fun, laid-back shoot with two wonderful people! Laura and Drake are SO sweet and funny and kind, and I really enjoyed getting to know them better as we meandered through the woods (and did our best to avoid poison ivy, ha!). Laura is a fellow book lover (if I had the chance, I’d love to visit a big used bookshop with her!!), and Drake is a talented engineer. I say it all the time and I’ll say it again — the very best couples come our way, over and over again, and these two are no exception!!
