I remember the first time I chatted with Amanda and Mike on the phone about their June 2022 wedding! I was sitting on our back deck, listening to the crickets chirp on a warm evening back in May as they two of them talked about what they had dreamed up for their wedding day… and I found myself totally swept up in their excitement! Their enthusiasm is so contagious, and I loved hearing about how excited they are to get married and to CELEBRATE! They have a gorgeous wedding day planned, and we can’t wait for it!

Fast-forward to their engagement session at the beginning of October! These two are the sweetest and were literally up for anything (!!), and it’s a good thing, because we dealt with rain, wind, and some crazy conditions! (You’ll see some umbrellas, and no, they weren’t just for show! We just kept shooting right through the rain!) But WOW, it was so fun to bop around the Loop (with Marty as world’s greatest chauffeur!!), stopping at iconic locations like Union Station, the El tracks, and Maggie Daley park!
