Alex and Eric’s Fall Wedding at the Hyatt Lodge

Alex and Eric’s fall wedding at the Hyatt Lodge in Oak Brook, Illinois was such a beautiful, FUN day for us to be a part of! Ever since I met Alex and Eric for the first time, it was obvious to me that Eric is totally head-over-heels for Alex. (It’s the way he looks at her! Sweetest thing ever!) And Alex loves Eric deeply, too! These two have a depth to them, and this wedding had a dimension to it that many don’t. They’ve gone through some incredibly difficult times in their lives so far, but the beautiful thing to me is that they’ve done so together. There’s already longevity in their relationship (Alex and Eric met in 7th grade!), and we’re so excited for these two as they start this new chapter in their life together!

The Hyatt Lodge in Oak Brook was such a beautiful setting for Alex and Eric’s wedding celebration! Alex chose black velvet gowns for her bridesmaids (stunning!!), and the tiny, thoughtful details that made up the design of this wedding day was masterful and beautiful. Alex and Eric were married inside the Hyatt Lodge’s Grand Oaks Pavilion, surrounded by all of their closest family and friends. Their grand entrance into their reception was quickly followed by a surprise game of flip cup (something we’ve never seen done before at a wedding!), and then the most endearing speeches and beautiful dances. There was so much beautiful love all over the place on this wedding day, and it was such a joy to capture it all.
