Taylor & Will’s North Shore Country Club Wedding

The thing about Taylor and Will’s North Shore Country Club wedding that I’ll remember the most? I’m going to remember Taylor’s face when she saw herself in a full-length mirror, in her simple, stunning Alex Perry gown and Monique Lhuillier lace jacket. I’m going to remember the tears streaming down her face and her audible laughter as she walked down the aisle with her dads, and Will’s face when he saw her for the first time. I’m going to remember the look on Nana’s face when she hugged Taylor after the ceremony.

I’ll remember their bridal party’s ENERGY (such an awesome, stand-up group of people!). I’ll remember the way we all laughed at the wind and gasped when it blew Taylor’s veil perfectly, giving us the most beautiful portraits.

I’m going to remember Will dancing with his mom, both of them so incredibly happy. I’ll remember the heartfelt toasts, and the way everyone laughed when Taylor’s dad talked about his killer tux. I’m going to remember the sounds of the Green Fourteen band (incredible), and the taste of gummy bears (if you’ve been at a wedding with me YOU KNOW), and the feeling of a cool 70-degree evening after a week of blistering hot temps.

There are so many things imprinted in my mind after each wedding we photograph. For Taylor and Will, it’s a collection of snapshots, strung together, of two beautiful souls in love, and all the beautiful people surrounding them and supporting them. What a sweet, special wedding day for Taylor and Will! We loved every minute of it.
