Sometimes, all the little things — the weather, the coordinating of schedules, the outfits, the location — they all combine to create the most magical setting… and that’s exactly what happened at this Fullersburg Woods summer engagement session! Most importantly, I got to meet Nicolette and Matt and see how sweet these two are in person!! It was so much fun to wander through the woods, find beautiful light, and hear more about their story as a couple, all on a beautiful August afternoon! These two also successfully learned the art of posing for portraits while dodging pedestrians in the middle of a busy bridge on a sunny summer afternoon in Oak Brook (no small feat!), AND we found a wallet and reunited it to its owner! Paying it forward while posing for killer portraits on a gorgeous summer afternoon? Nicolette and Matt scored 10 out of 10, haha!! But seriously, I loved getting to know these two a little bit better, and taking their portraits got me even more excited for their wedding next year! It’s going to be a beauty!
